Volunteered at Chulalongkron Memorial Hospital throughout my five-month internship. I engaged with the elderlies through activities such as playing the angklung, singing, dancing and simple games with them such as ball throwing. These sessions allowed us to provide companionship while encouraging the elderlies to stay socially and physically active in an enjoyable environment.

Volunteered at Kwong Siew hospital where I spent one on one time with an assigned bedridden elderly patient, engaging her through simple games, light movements and conversations. Despite the language barrier, I learnt to connect with her through gestures, expressions and laughter. Each session ended up with group karaoke where all of us group of interns sang together for the elderly patients to enjoy.

Participated in the Art for All project, an inclusive programme that provided youths with disabilities the opportunity to express themselves through creative activities. I assisted with interactive music, movement and art workshops including activities such as creating rhythms and music using coconut shells. Through supporting and engaging with the participants, I gained a greater appreciation for inclusivity, patience and how creative activities can bring people together regardless of their different abilities.
